2. Use of Service

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may not misuse our services or attempt to access them using unauthorized methods.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in our products is the property of Pulsar Beam Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pulsar Beam Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in Warsaw courts.
